We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product descriptions, prices, or other information on our website.

3. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in euro (€) and include VAT, if applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already confirmed orders, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

4. Placing an order

You can place an order by selecting the desired products and going through the checkout process.

Before you finalize your order, you will have the opportunity to review your order details and correct any errors.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed it, subject to product availability and applicable law.

All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant products.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If applicable, we will refund the amount already paid for that product.

Payment must be completed before an order is shipped, unless we explicitly offer another payment option.

We use external payment service providers to securely process payments. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

We deliver orders according to the shipping options and estimated delivery times stated on our website.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Right of withdrawal & Returns

For most online purchases, consumers in the Netherlands have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

You generally have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After you have informed us, you generally have another 14 days to return the product.

9. Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products

Have you received a product that is damaged or defective, or have you received a different product than you ordered? Please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, if helpful, add photos of the product or packaging.

11. Promotions & discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, such as a validity date, a minimum order value, or exclusions for certain products.

Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
